Haroon Rezaie
Operational Manager
I am a European Studies Master graduate from Maastricht University. I recently finished my traineeship at the European Parliament and am now the Operational Manager at Belingual language school in Maastricht.
As Operational Manager, I oversee our language school's daily operations, coordinate staff and student support, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between teachers, students and across our departments. I am an entrepreneur in spirit, and I am passionate about creating a welcoming learning environment where students and teachers can thrive while maintaining high standards of efficiency, teamwork, and educational excellence.
I recently came across this quote which summarises my own philosophy towards language learning, and I think it is worth sharing here: "Leaning a language should not be a race towards fluency. You’ve got to enjoy the process, learning new words and making new connections."

German Teacher
I am an enthusiastic and experienced educator with a background in teaching ESL, German and Political Science, and have been teaching German at Belingual since 2020. Working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, I believe that learning a language is not only about developing practical skills but also about gaining confidence, connecting with others, and discovering new perspectives.
As a polyglot myself, I am particularly passionate about intercultural learning and instilling a love for the German language and culture in all my students by focusing on building confidence and strong communication skills, cultural immersion and a variety of real-life scenarios in my classes.
Creating an inclusive classroom where every student feels welcome, respected, and valued lies at the heart of my teaching. My classes are always student-centred, as I believe that learning a language should be adapted to each learner's goals, interests, and learning style to make the learning process enjoyable.
